We are delighted that you wish to purchase the products set out above following your visit. This order form and terms and conditions constitute the contractual arrangement between us to supply you with the products set out above. The contract shall only become legally binding between us when you sign this order from. If you elect to pay sums owed under a credit arrangement with our credit facility partner then you will have entered into a contractural arrangement directly with them in relation to which further terms and conditions reply. Due to some necessary resizing, occasional cropping of pictures may occur on print. Please also allow up to 8 weeks for frame and albums to be delivered.Please note, by taking copyrighted images from the studio on the day of your appointment, you agree that in no circumstances is this order cancellable, and totally accept all charges listed herein. If you are not entirely satisfied with your images, album(s) or frame(s) when they are received, you will have 30 days from the date of dispatch to contact us with your concerns. *
